Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most products within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice).
  • The items are not part of a custom order or bespoke packaging (see section 5).

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@protectcollectstore.com or call 03333 580 900 within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Wait for return instructions and a returns authorisation.

Please do not return any items without prior approval, as they may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
  • If the returned items are found to be used, damaged, or not in their original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom-printed or bespoke packaging.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty).
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery without prior agreement.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send photos of the damaged items and packaging if possible.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, credit, or refund, depending on the issue.

Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely.
  • If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will cover the return postage costs.
